With an underwhelming show of force two racers braved perfect weather to complete the inaugural Upper Yough BADDLUN. Many others would have liked to be there but had other commitments.

The ride was absolutely stellar, the paddle was LONG, and the run was very challenging.
We kept a loose time and finished in approximately 3:20 but slacked hard at transitions and kept a moderate pace throughout until the last downhill run where the level of disregard for ones knees separated the field.

I will do that ride everytime I paddle the Yough. challenging hills climbs and stellar(FAST!) downhills. just watch out for the agro-dog.
